Bluegrass Jam Class -Brian Lee Bauer teaches the Wernick Method

Discover the joy of playing with others. With the Wernick Method, you'll learn:

• Hands-on skills in large and small jam circles
• Backup techniques to enhance your sound
• How to fake solos like a pro
• Ear skills and bluegrass essentials
• How to find melodies for credible soloing

Meet fellow music enthusiasts, boost your confidence, and take your playing to the next level. All levels welcome!

Do you qualify? It’s easier than you may think!

If you play guitar, mandolin, banjo, fiddle, bass, uke, or dobro…. You can be part of a bluegrass jam!

You must be able to tune your instrument and change smoothly between the chords G, C, D, and A (or the notes that work on bass and fiddle).

Scholarships Available!

Folky Fish Jam Camp is a full day of music instruction designed for students aged 10-18 and is taught by festival performers. Students can register for guitar, fiddle/violin, viola, cello, banjo, mandolin, ukulele, upright bass, or singing. Students will perform onstage to kick off the festival on Friday!

Our students have been working hard to bring you an unforgettable performance. From classical, to contemporary, to TV Theme songs, our solos, duos, and trio will dazzle you with their skills! Join us on Sunday, June 7th at 2:00pm to celebrate the arts, support, local talent, and enjoy a fantastic day out with family and friends!
